Evaluation and Due Diligence
The evaluation model approach we adopt has proven to be a very effective tool to allow an evaluation team to conduct a fair, detailed, and fully understandable evaluation of all Vendor responses.
The Response Schedule, which is issued as part of the RFP, includes all evaluation criteria developed in the evaluation model. This Response Schedule ensures that client has all relevant information from each Vendor, in a consistent easily understood format.
We use our Value-for-Money assessment methodology to help the client assess the true value of the responses received. The methodology recognises that scores arrived at from the evaluation of responses must be related to the fees charged. It is more complex than simply picking the lowest price, or the highest evaluation score. Our methodology recognises this, along with the fact that there are certain constraints to any offer that the client must consider, including overall budget and minimum acceptable services being offered.
