Cherub is able to assist with negotiations by acting as a lead, support, or back office to the client negotiation team.  Our experience is that engaging highly experienced consultants, as well as appropriate legal representatives, and internal client people will result in an optimal outcome for the client.

 

Vendors are comfortable negotiating with Cherub consultants because although they appreciate that we will work diligently for the client, and seek to achieve an optimal deal for the client, they also understand that we will not attempt to create a commercially unacceptable deal.
