The Sourcing Relationship Optimisation Model (SROM) is applicable to arrangements typically a year or more into their lifecycle, when an objective appraisal is needed of the arrangement - particularly where some or all participants feel that expectations are not being met.  

 

The SROM assesses overall design, capabilities and implementation of the sourcing arrangement to give overall answers around the questions “how effective is the sourcing arrangement?” and “where can it be improved?”

The overriding goal is to help “course correct” and evolve the vendor-customer relationship over time, with a view to substantially enhance value for providers and client alike.
