Vendor Management Information System

VMIS is a sophisticated management reporting tool that can help customers and vendors avoid miscommunication resulting in unsatisfied outcomes for customers or misunderstanding vendors. It allows customers and vendors to provide and report on best practice information for managed services contracts.

 

Information is managed across eight lead and lag indicators: Service Levels; Requirements; Service Improvement; Communications; Contract Admin & Risk; Financial Management; Multi Vendor; and Outcomes. 

 

VMIS recognises that best practice vendor management is not restricted to Service Level Management or Contract Management. VMIS reporting provides significant insights allowing both customers and vendors to understand the multiple attributes that contribute to an effective contract outcome, and very importantly, take corrective action if required to bring the overall contract outcomes back on track.
